For some reason it’s suddenly become the busiest time of year for professional TV and film people. I know this because I’ve now contacted four different soundmen and they are all fully booked until the end of the year. Yes, there will be more and I’ll find one but honestly, if you want to work in moving pictures, become either a gaffer (chief electrician) or a location sound recordist because they are *never* out of work. At least, I can never get hold of one.<\/p>\n
